Hope this will help answering some of your questions.
Q ~ How long can i book the items that i want?
A ~ 3 days. If you want to extend your booking period, deposit of 50% from total purchase is required.
Q ~ How long will my booking be valid if i have paid the deposit?
A ~ We will keep it until end of the month or once your paycheck is clear (based on date you have given us)
Q ~ How to prove my payment?
A ~ We need you to give us the details of your payment (fill in payment transaction form)
Q ~ What should i do if i do not receive my parcel more than 2 (working) days?
A ~ Let us know immediately. We will track your parcel and do our best to solve the problem.
Q ~ Can i use other bank to make payment?
A ~ Yes. There will be no problem in doing so. But you will be charged RM1 for the inter-bank transaction.
Q ~ How do i make payment of RM45 since the Cash Deposit Machine do not accept RM5 note and below?
A ~ For purchase of RM45, you have to bank in RM50. Your balance will be sent along with your parcel.
Postal Delivery
We are using National Courier (PosLaju) to deliver all parcels.
PosLaju comes with insurance for each item delivered.
Delivery across Malaysia will take about:
1-2 (working) days for town area
2-3 (working) days for suburb area
4-7 (working) days for rural area
Delivery for Singapore and Brunei will only take 1-2 days top.
We deliver every friday during weekend and public holiday.
For payment made before 11 a.m., item will be shipped out A.S.A.P.
For payment after 11 a.m. onwards, item will only be delivered the next friday or public holiday.
Postage rate for delivery across Kuantan is FREE.
For delivery to Malaysia/Sabah/Sarawak/Singapore/Brunei, the rates are as below:
